Emergencies:

Call 911 or one of the local emergency numbers now and insist on immediate care and treatment if your symptoms make you a danger to yourself or someone else. If your symptoms are too severe, ask a family member or friend to call for you.

Make an appointment to see your doctor if:

  •  You are feeling very overwhelmed
  •  You are feeling hopeless and worthless all the time·
  •  You have symptoms that last more than two weeks

Call a helpline if:

  • You are feeling overwhelmed
  • You have had a crisis
  • You are upset and panicky
  • Your loneliness is causing you to become sick
  • You need peer support or someone with whom you can talk through your worries
