The Consolidated Customer Service Center (CCSC) provides customer service support for all the of the New Mexico Health Care Authority’s programs, including the Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD), Income Support Division (ISD), Medical Assistance Division (MAD), Child Support Services Division (CSSD), Office of Fair Hearings (OFH), and Office of Inspector General (OIG).

Turquoise Care is the New Mexico Medicaid Managed Care program. Four health plans provider services to most Medicaid members. See this web page for information on how to reach Blue Cross Blue Shield, Molina Health Care, Presbyterian Health Care, or UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
