Employers Making Payments

Electronic Fund Transfers

Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are free and make child support distributions more efficient for all parties involved. Mailing checks is time consuming, requires postage, and the case number written on the check. EFT eliminates all of this. We encourage employers to take advantage of the benefits of EFT.

Employers can set up EFT Automatic Withdrawal at: New Mexico Employer Online Portal or can set up EFT-ACH by completing the EFT packet.

Mail Payment

While we encourage all employers to enjoy the benefits of EFT, payments may be mailed to the address below. Please remember all mailed checks MUST include the New Mexico Child Support Services case number. The case number and employee name should be included on the check, or the case number and employee name should be included in the CSSD Turnaround document payment advice.
