Health Care Coverage Innovations – Requests for Proposals

Welcome to the Health Care Coverage Innovations (HCCI) Requests for Proposals (RFP) page.

This page provides information on current and past opportunities to partner with our agency in supporting programs and initiatives that serve the people of New Mexico.

All RFPs are organized by bureau, for ease of navigation, and placed in either “Open” or “Closed” sections based on their status. Each RFP listing includes key information such as project description, scope of work, eligibility requirements, important dates, and contact details for submitting questions.

RFPs remain in the “Open” section until the submission deadline. Once the deadline has passed, the RFP moves to the “Closed” section for reference and transparency.

Responses to written questions will be listed on the bottom section of this page.
