Medicaid Provider & Presumptive Eligibility Determiners (PED) Enrollment System
The Provider & Presumptive Eligibility Determiner (PED) enrollment system at YES.NM.GOV makes it easy to become a Medicaid provider, or to become a PED and help people apply for Medicaid coverage.
We built this system using robust feedback from our users. It’s the single tool to enroll, revalidate your enrollment, and update your records. You can also track your application status in real time.

- Secure document library for storing and accessing important files,
- Designated administrator accounts so staff can efficiently manage multiple enrollment tasks, and
- Dynamic virtual assistant to answer common questions.

Provider Revalidation
New Mexico requires Medicaid providers to periodically revalidate their enrollment information to remain active in the program. Providers are revalidated on a rolling basis. When you are selected for revalidation, you will receive a 60-day notice to respond with required documents.

How to complete revalidation:
- Log in to the Turquoise Claims provider portal
- Review and update your information
- Upload required documents
- Submit your application
What happens if I don’t revalidate?
You may be disenrolled from Medicaid and unable to bill for rendered services.
