Employment Verification

The Office of Human Resources provides employment verifications for personnel who are currently employed by the Health Care Authority.

Required Procedures:

  1. Employment verification forms for HCA employees must be faxed to the Office of Human Resources at 505-476-6260.
  2. The verification request must include a signature (electronic signatures are accepted) from the HCA employee authorizing the release of information.

Verification will be returned to the requestor within two business days.
