Bench Warrant Program
The Child Support Bench Warrant program publishes the names of non-custodial parties who have failed to comply with their court ordered child support obligations. All non-custodial parties with outstanding bench warrants for arrest will be included on the list. The Child Support Services Division encourages individuals with an outstanding warrant to come forward and make payment toward their support obligation. Payments can be made locally at any CSSD field office located here (https://www.hca.nm.gov/lookingforassistance/field_offices/) or online here (https://yes.nm.gov). If you pay online, you must contact us because a payment does not automatically cancel a bench warrant.
If you do not have an ability to pay or meet certain criteria impacting your ability to comply with the support order, contact us at 1-800-283-4465. You may be eligible for a support order modification (https://www.hca.nm.gov/lookingforassistance/requesting-a-modification/) or may be interested in participating in an employment program Supporting, Training and Employing Parents Upwards (StepUp!) Program (https://www.hca.nm.gov/step-up-program/) or the settlement program Fresh Start Arrears Management Program(https://www.hca.nm.gov/lookingforassistance/fresh-start-arrears-management-program/).
Updates to outstanding bench warrants will be posted on a regular basis.
