“We set out to improve the customer experience,” said Kari Armijo, secretary of the New Mexico Health Care Authority. “New Mexicans already use their phones for everyday needs, and now they can apply for, renew and manage their benefits just as easily — all from one secured place anywhere in the state.”
What the app offers:
- Apply for benefits and check the status of your application.
- See updates right away on your benefits, eligibility and case.
- View all your applications and benefits in one personalized, easy-to-use dashboard.
- Get instant alerts if there are changes to your benefits or important updates so you always know what’s happening.
- Sign in quickly and securely with your fingerprint.
The app was designed with feedback from diverse communities across New Mexico, including residents with disabilities and those who speak languages other than English.
